Short description: The essence of this course is to provide the most important compounds achemicznych the one hand included in the body of animals and relevant physiological and on the other hand, the feed being the provider of these adequately to the needs of the animals. The nutritional value of feed is M.inn. determined by the number, type and mutual proportions of these compounds.
Full description: During this series of lectures will discuss basic chemical compounds that build the plants, animals and organisms which feed ingredients determining the correct feeding. Will be taken into account both the construction chemical properties of individual chemical compounds and their place in the metabolism of animals, the role of the physiological and nutritional importance. Will discuss the effects of which cause a deficiency of these substances in the course of metabolic processes and translate these parameters production animals. The physiological mechanisms will be also responsible for the intake of feed and the physiological basis of each nutrient digestion by livestock. Discussion of mechanism of absorption of compounds resulting from the activities of digestive enzymes will be the subject of ending lectures.
